CHECK-IN INFORMATION - VERY IMPORTANT!:
RECEPTION opens from 08h to 24h, everyday. IF YOUR ARRIVAL TIME IS AFTER HOURS OR YOU ARE CHANGING THE TIME THAT IS ON YOUR RESERVATION SHEET, PLEASE REMEMBER YOU HAVE TO E-MAIL OR CALL US TO LET US KNOW.
We will really appreciate if you could have a look at your reservation sheet and check your arrival time. Make sure it's correct, otherwise please contact us.
Be aware that the booking system uses the 24 hrs-clock.

CANCELLATIONS: remember that cancellations are accepted only by e-mail with at least 48 hours in advance of your arrival time. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS. Late cancellations will be automatically charged for the first night on your credit card.
